Approve Purchase of Bids for Portable Radios / Police Department Grant ($193,000.00) 15. Amendment to Agreement for Environmental Services for Main Street Reconstruction Project / AECOM 16. Amendment to Agreement for Environmental Services for Various Concrete Paving & Utility Projects - Third Local Street Program / AECOM 17. Status of Sustainability Plan 18. Update on Underground Utilities L. MOTION TOGO INTO CLOSED SESSION (City Manager's Office, Room 101, City Hall) 1) The Common Council may convene into Closed Session Pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(e) of the Wisconsin State Statutes for the purpose of negotiating the purchase of public property where competitive and bargaining reasons require a closed session: A) for the purchase of property to upgrade the Storm Sewer System from Tipler School Area Detention Basin to Koeller Street; and, B) for the purchase of properties within the South Shore Redevelopment Area; and, 2) To discuss bargaining strategy, options and parameters related to the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements with, Oshkosh Professional Police Officers Association, Oshkosh Police Supervisor's Association, AFSCME 7968, AFSCME 796C, pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(c) of the Wisconsin State Statutes where competitive bargaining reasons require a closed session M.
