Introduction An inspection of your property upon receiving a complaint revealed the following reoccurring violations of the Oshkosh
Municipal Code, which shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item.
Item # 1 Code 17 - 36B Compliance No Compliance Date 07/21/2003 IMMEDIATELY
Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public
nuisance and eyesore, generating complaints & which affects property values. Unlicensed and /or inoperable vehicles or Auto
parts are prohibited and shall be removed from the premises or stored inside out of public view. You have received prior notice
or citation for violation of this code requirement on this property in 1996.
Item # 2 Code 30 - 36AA (4) Compliance No Compliance Date 07/21/2003 IMMEDIATELY
Description The parking of vehicles including recreational & trailers on lawns or areas not designated for parking is prohibited. See Photos
for locations and specifics on violations noted.
Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as
specified. Failure to confirm compliance {236 -5137} may result in citations being issued and court action pursued.
