During a reinspection of a previous notice it was observed that a trailor and boat are now parked on the lawn portion of your lot
reviously illegally occupied by an automobile. The attached picture depicts the situation as of 4/7/06. Parking is only
permitted within driveway boundaries, garages, or on legal uncovered parking spaces.

Summary In order to obtain compliance, all vehicles including recreational vehicles and trailers must be relocated to code compliant
spaces and a signed copy of this notice must be returned to this office by the compliance date. Failure to comply with this
notice may result in the issuance of Municipal Citations. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and /or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner /contractor /agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 4/21/2006
Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30 -8:30 a.m. and 12:30 -1:30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule
inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236 -5128 noting the address, permit number (when applicable), and the
nature of wIiatn ds to be inspected.
