Use /Nature SFR/ Foundation Repair *Excavating 14' of the north wall and 28' of the west wall. The walls will be straightened, new drain tile installed,
of Work the mortar joints repaired and the walls will be waterproofed. Reinforcing will be done on the inside of the walls with 3" painted I beams.
The contractor is responsible for the design and installation of the I beams.

We hereby submit specifications and estimates for:
Excavating along 14' of the North wall and 28' of the West wall down to 5" below the top of
' the footings. The West wall will be straightened and the North wall will be straightened partially due
to the addition. All bleeders will be located, cleaned, and the new drain tile will be connected to
them. The mortar joints on both sides of the walls will be repaired and the outside will be
waterproofed. Backfilling will be done with 3 /4" clear stone that will be compacted. The reinforcing
on the inside of the foundation will be done with 3" primed and painted I beams. Two of the I
beams will be installed on the North wall and Four will be installed on the West wall.
All dirt and debris from the project will be cleaned up and hauled away. The owner is to have
the air conditioner removed. Price includes city building permit.
