Introduction i complaint was submitted by the landlord stating that the electrical service has been shut off to 1312 Cedar St (lower
apartment). A call to WPS found that the electrical was turned off in early July, 2010. A properly functioning electrical service
is a requirement for occupancy.

and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 9/7/2010
