Re: Robin Avenue Apartments (1730 -1754 Robin Ave.) Drainage Issues
Dear Ms. Zangl:
Last fall (October 7, 2004) City of Oshkosh Public Works/Engineering staff met with you at your Robin Avenue apartment
complex. A number of drainage related issues, which require corrective action, were discussed. Subsequent to the meeting,
a letter (dated October 15, 2004) was sent to you to further itemize and clarify what was required. To date, we have not
heard back from you regarding your progress in making the required corrections and it does not appear that corrective work
has been initiated on the site.
Please note that the Robin Avenue apartment complex currently is not in compliance with the approved drainage plan for
this site. This constitutes a violation of Chapter 24 (Storm Drainage Regulations) of the City. of Oshkosh Municipal Code.
Also, if the required corrective actions are not undertaken and completed by June 1, 2005 future building permits for this
site may be withheld.
If you have any questions, do not hesitate to call the Public Works/Engineering Office at 236 -5065.
Sincerely,
GrU
