Box 1130 Oshkosh, WI 54902 -1130 Dear Ken: I am enclosing a foundation plan and a lot plan covering a storm shelter we are proposing to construct in the Patrician Village Mobile Home Park in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The lot plan reflects the present location of neighboring structures in relation to the proposed storm shelter location. The south edge of the shelter is to be 21 feet from the adjacent lot line, whereas the existing home on the site is presently 16' north of the lot line. We are also proposing to relocate the gas and electric services toward the westerly end of the shelter. The following items were found to be in noncompliance: er ILHR 21.17, the rim of the sump pit must be at least one inch above the basement floor. r ILHR 21.04, the stairs must have riser heights not xceeding 8 inches, and uniform to within 3/16 of an inch. er ILHR 21.04, the handrails must be located 30 -34 inches above the nosing of the treads. d0/1 ;ILHR 21.04, minimum headroom at the stairways shall not be less than 6 foot -4 inches. All above items must be corrected, and final inspection called for within 30 days of this notice in order to secure the final approval.
