INITIATED BY: LENORE GASEK, OWNER WHEREAS, Lenore Gasek respectfully requests a variance to construct an attached garage to a mobile home, within a mobile home park, with a 4 ± ft. side yard setback while Section 16- 15(A)(1)(d) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code requires a 5 ft. minimum side yard setback; and WHEREAS, Section 16 -18 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code authorizes the Common Council to make special exceptions to mobile home park regulations; and WHEREAS, approval of this request does not appear to create a negative impact on, nor be out of character with, Patrician Village and the surrounding environs. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that pursuant to Section 16 -18 of the Oshkosh Municipal Code, the request for a special exception to the setback requirements for mobile homes is hereby approved and the proper City officials are authorized and directed to take necessary steps to implement this decision. 4 I .Z 03 M A Cit.)
