Box 1130 Oshkosh, WI 54902 -1130 Dear Mr. Burich: As a follow -up to our meeting last week concerning building permit requirements for mobile home placements in the city, I have enclosed the following information regarding the home located at 1610 Indigo Drive in Oshkosh: 1. A scaled lot plan showing requested information on set - backs, boundaries, adjacent structure clearances, home size, etc. 2. A copy of manufacturer's installation instructions. 3. A copy of manufacturer's literature covering this home, which is a Rollohome, model UR -54. 4. A copy of manufacturer's installation manual on the brand of skirting we use. 5. A copy of the type of anchors we use will be forwarded to you as soon as I receive one. (We did not install the anchors yet on this house because of frozen ground, but I will advise as soon as we get them in.) 6. A check in the amount of $106.35 based on a house value of $0,541.00, which included delivery and complete set up costs. It will not be necessary to return any of the enclosed information to us so you may keep them for future reference if you wish. Please call me if you have any questions.
