Dear Mr. Bluemke:
I am enclosing three copies each of site plans for placement of two new manufactured
homes at 1213 Magnolia Avenue and 1423 Indigo Drive in Oshkosh.
The proposed placement at 1423 Indigo Drive would not meet the five foot rear yard set
back.
The home proposed at 1213 Magnolia Avenue would not meet the five foot rear yard
setback nor the 15 foot setback from neighboring structures.
Granting of these variances will allow us to continue to upgrade the community with
modem looking homes.
I ask that someone advise me with your recommendations regarding these requests and
when they will go before the council. Thank You.
