When requesting final inspections Please note that a minimum of 2 days notice is needed
from the time the inspection is ready. Furniture is only allowed to be placed in the center
of the garage floor and a minimum of a 3' pathway must be provided around the' Walls of
the garage. At the final inspection no furniture or personal belongih~ are allowed in the
house. Appliances such as the stove, refrigerator, washer, and dryer are not to beset in
place due to the electrical inspector needing to look at the Power serving the apPliances.
A 6' stepladder must be on site at the final inspection to provide access to the attiC.

The building placard must remain on the patio door or on a kitchen WindOw until
occupancy is approved. Occupancy is not allowed prior to the placard having all of the
final inspection approved stickers on the backside. Ifoccupanc~f~ 0'dens-prior to the
inspections being approved daily citations will be issued with no further notice being
given.
