To whom it may concerti,
After making an inspection of the roof system at 100
Rolling Green, it is our opinion that the following items
be addressed.
1. Collar ties be properly placed at each rafter installed.
2. An LU526 (min.) be placed at end of ridge.
3. Additional toe nailing be clone at truss jacks at front
corner of hip set where rafters are over-Framed.
4. confirm nailing at 2x8 corner jack under rafter frame.
In addition we see no concern for the difference in rafter
lengths from front to back. If properly fastened, live loading
and shear should be consistent throughout.
