We expect about 1,000 people to attend our TEA party. We will have food and refreshments (no alcohol) plus T -shirts and buttons for sale. The main purpose of the event is to listen to speakers. I , The main area we will be using is the Kiwanis Shelter by the train with the bathrooms across the street. We would appreciate extra benches if that is possible, but it is not a necessity. We have decided to keep the speakers on the same side of the road as the shelter, so we no longer have traffic concerns. Thank you for your consideration.
