Andrew,
Here is an update on the above mentioned property:
1. Roof has been repaired last week and made it throught the last few days with no leaks, though we are watching
to be sure.
2. The outlet was removed.
3. Yard was cleaned as part of are normal spring cleaning.
4. There was no mold returning when we returned.
5. Storage areas are dry now, after the water heater was replaced,though we are watching it.
