Item # 3 Code MUN 7 Compliance No Compliance Date 09/09/2010 Description The garage has deteriorated to a point where it would be unreasonable to repair. It is my opinion that the structure should be 08/10/2010 razed as it appears that repairs would exceed 50% of the assessed value of the structure. The garage has a significant lean, the roof is sagging, the shingles are seriously deteriorated, and the exterior surfaces have not been maintained. The garage Last will be required to be razed unless a plan for repairs is agreed to.
