Item # 4 Code MUN 16 37A(3) Compliance No Compliance Date 06/28/2010 IMMEDIATELY Description •wners or agents shall notify the tenants and insure that garbage shall be properly stored to the rear of the dwelling farthest 06/21/2010 -way from any public street or sidewalk. Garbage shall not be placed out for pickup earlier than 4:00 p.m. the day before • arbage pickup. Garbage is to be set out for pickup at least once a week. Empty containers are to be retumed back to the Last torage area. Please inform your tenants of the storage requirements which includes storage of the blue recycling carts. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and /or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner /contractor /agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 6/28/2010 Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30 -8:30 a.m. and 12:30 -1:30 p.m. or by appointment.
