Hallmark Development
704 E. Layton Avenue •
Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53207
Attention: Mr. Joe Mark
Dear Sir:
I am advised that yo004Vie applied for an'Occupancy Permit
for your building at 1725 RotAn avenue, Oshkosh: The building
is already occupied without an Occupancy Permit having been
issued prior to occupancy. As you are well aware, the City Build-
ing Code and Zoning Ordinance both prohibits occupancy of this
type of building without first obtaining an Occupancy Permit.
An Occupancy Permit cannot be issued now because of parking
violations. In accordance to our previous discussion and your
building plans on file in this office, all narking spaces were
to be set back at least 25' from the Robin Avenue property line.
The parking lot is presently pared with parking spaces that are
closer than 25' to the Robin Avenue' property line and the lot is
being used as marked. Please advise your tenants of the improper
lot markings and make arrangements to properly mark the lot as
soon as possible.
The above violation should be corrected no later than
April 12, 1975 in order that we may issue you an Occupancy Permit.
It will also be necessary to paint all fire alarm breakers red
as required by the Electrical Code. If you have any questions on
the above, please do not hesitate to advise.
Very truly yours,
EDWARD L. REIMER
Chief Building Inspector
