HomeMy WebLinkAbout1975-Memo (occupancy permit) M E M 0 TO: Walter i3ush, associate City Attorney FROM: Ldward Reimer, Chief 3uilding Inspector SUBJECT: Apartment 3uilding at 1725 Robin Avenue DATE: April 30, 1975 A new apartment building has recently been constructed at 1725 Robin Avenue, Oshkosh. Recently it has come to my attention that this building has been occupied without obtaining an Occupancy Permit. An inspection of the property indicated that an Occupancy Permit cannot be issued oecause of a parking lot violation. Hallmark Development Company was advised to correct that problem no later than April 12, 1975 in order that an Occupancy Permit could be issued. however, it was noted on April 15, 1975 that apparently no attempt had been made to correct the parking lot violation. Therefore, I feel a complaint should be issued against Hallmark Development Co., 704 E. Layton Avenue, Milwaukee, Wisconsin 53207 of violation of Jection 30.25 (c) in that the property was used as an apartment building without first having obtained an Occupancy Permit as required. A copy of our letter to Hallmark Development Company is enclosed. VAR 64 (3 NJ i... orl v c-c. c- i o c, l'4-1) L ol 0 ,k 14-o 4 c
