Dear Mr. Mark:
The parking lot was laid out differently than shown on the
plans submitted to this office for a Building Permit. Parking
spaces were to be setback at least 25 feet from any street
property line and only driveway areas were to be closer than
25 feet to a street property line. Cars parking within the 25
foot setback area will be ticketed.
Prior to the occupancy of any units in the building, an
Occupancy Permit is required. An Occupancy Permit shall be
issued only when the building and the proposed use conform with
all the requirements of the Building Code and Zoning regulations.
The above violations shall be corrected no later than
November 18, 1974.
Occupancy shall not take place until an Occupancy Permit is
issued by the Building Inspector.
