March 22, 1994 Mr. Alan Danhoff City Building Inspector City of Oshkosh 215 Church Avenue Oshkosh, WI 54901 Re: Brookside Apartments Fairway Apartments Dear Mr. Danhoff: As I discussed with you on the phone we are missing occupancy permits for all of the buildings at our Brookside Apartment project at 667 N. Westfield Street. The lender we are refinancing with will require some type of letter assuring them that we are in compliance. These buildings were built in the late 1970's and were not issued occupancy permits at that time. In the case of Fairway Apartments they will need something stating the present zoning, we do have all the occupancy permits for the 11 buildings. I have enclosed a copy of a letter that Don Novak, the Town Administrator from Grand Chute gave us in a similar circumstance in Appleton. We will need a letter from the City of Oshkosh stating what we are zoned and that we are in compliance with your zoning ordinance with no outstanding violations. If you could send the letter as soon as possible via facsimile followed by the original in the mail it would be greatly appreciated.
