RE: Brookside Apartments & Fairview Apartments
Dear Mr. Oilschlager,
The Brookside Apartment complex, with building addresses as
identified by your correspondence of March 22, 1994 (see
attached), is zoned R -3 Multiple Dwelling and conforms with the
City of Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance in either a conforming or a
legal non - conforming manner. There are no outstanding zoning
violations relative to the Brookside Apartments. From a building
code standpoint, there are no outstanding noted building code
violations.
The Fairview Apartment complex, with building addresses as
identified by your correspondence, is zoned R -4 Multiple Dwelling
and conforms with the City of Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance in either
a conforming or a legal non - conforming manner. There are no
outstanding zoning violations relative to the Fairview
Apartments. From a building code standpoint, there are no
outstanding noted building code violations.
