Upon completing the corrections, the owner /contractor /agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 8/19/2010 Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30 -8:30 a.m. and 12:30 -1:30 p.m. or by appointment. Within the intersection sight ' distance triangle, the hedge must be cut down to no more than 30 inches in height, measured from the established - sidewalk elevation. The intersection sight distance triangle is measured 20' in both directions starting from the intersecting property lines at the corner of W. 20th Avenue and Iowa Street.
