On April 13, 2010, the Oshkosh Common Council approved the following street name change (copy of
Resolution #10 -104 enclosed). This street name change will be effective upon completion of the street
improvements in this area by the Wisconsin Department of Transportation. The completion of construction is
anticipated to occur on July 30 Your new address for this property will be as follows:

We will notify the appropriate City offices. It is your responsibility to notify Wisconsin Public Service,
Ameritech, Time Warner Cable, etc., as well as changing personal items (i.e. magazine and newspaper
subscriptions, bank checks, address labels, etc.). If this property is not owner occupied, please forward a copy
of this letter to the tenants at the above address. New address tiles may be picked up at the Engineering
Division of the Department of Public Works at City Hall (215 Church Avenue) at no cost to you. Finally, the
Fire Department has requested that we remind you that the new property address must be attached to your
building.
