Box 1130 Oshkkosh, WI 54903 -1130 RE: Novak Hangar Project, Wittman Airport Dear Mr. Noe, After we last talked about our project it was delayed with storm water plan requirements by the office of Public Works. That was followed by several meetings with airport and city management. On 6/29/10 my wife and I, along with representatives of Omni Engineering, met with Mark Rohloffand David Patek to discuss our project and the storm water plan requirements. The agreement was to allow our project to proceed, based primarily on the understanding that within the past couple of years the airport has actually removed some impervious area that was considerably greater than the size of our project. Omni submitted revised site plans this week. Being optimists, we are submitting our documentation for a building permit in the anticipation that the Public Works department will soon be able to acknowledge that they approve of the site plan. We stopped into your office this morning and spoke briefly with Nicole, discussing the documents that should be submitted along with the application. Because of considerable lead times involved we would like to at least be able to order some of the major components (such as the door) and set up a tentative project schedule. Attached are copies of: • Our Building Permit Application. • Letter from Todd Muehrer indicating Zoning approval. • Two copies of the structure plans as provided by Walters Buildings • Letter from State of Wisconsin indicating registration of plans by Walters. • Specification sheet from Hydroswing door showing loads and reactions. Please let us know if you need any additional information. We would like to follow up with you in the near future to determine if we can start setting tentative dates for construction, place orders, etc. Thanks for your help.
