Introduction While conducting a final inspection of the exterior laterals on 7/9/10 the following violations were noted:

Description A means to locate buried non - metallic sewers and private interceptor main sewers discharging to municipal mains shall be
07/15/2010 accomplished in accordance with one of the following options:
1. A tracer wire shall be installed in accordance with all of the following:

Updated f. In- ground sleeves shall be installed as provided in Comm. sect. 82.35(5)(a)2.c. and d.
The sleeves installed by the contractor are not installed per Comm. 82.35.
Summary Please contact the Plumbing Inspector at 236 -5052 with any questions and to schedule reinspection.
Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner /contractor /agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 8/14/2010
