Subject: 2490 Enterprise Drive Laura /James /Steve: Bob Walter at Alliance Development contacted Nikki earlier this week wanting to obtain a building permit for various interior improvements for a new tenant at the above address (located in the Universal Business Park). However, one exterior item that requires zoning approval is they want to remove the existing paver /patio walkway located on the east side of the facility and install a new 16'x36' concrete access drive presumably for deliveries. We have a "back of the napkin" site plan on hand that I'II send up to Laura for your review. Attached are photos I took this afternoon of the project area's current condition. Is the potential project area large enough that you'll require storm water, erosion control, grading plan submittal or not? If it is, I'll schedule a pre - submittal with Bob but if it won't I'II be reviewing strictly for zoning approval. Let me know so I can coordinate with Nikki and /or Bob.
