The following estimate is for framing a 14' x 18' deck to hold a roof, tied in to the house.
Building permit is included with this estimate.

LABOR NEEDED
Frame the 14' x 18' deck with walls to support a rr system tying the roof in with the house roof. 24
The shingles will be carefully removed where the roofs meet. There will be 2 valleys created, which will
be covered with valley tin and ice & water shield. Ice & water shield will also go along the eaves. The
faceboards will be even and equal in height. The roof will tie in to the house roof a few feet down from
I the house's peak in that location.
Total contract is $2977.40
