Item # 1 Code 17 -36B Compliance No Compliance Date 05/12/2010 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public nuisance, eyesore and /or hazard. This includes the proper storage & removal of garbage, debris and yard waste. All yard waste, furniture not intended 04/28/2010 for exterior use, building materials, scrap, or other debris shall be removed from the yard. Last Updated Summary A re- inspection will be made on 5/13/10 to verify compliance with this order. If it is found that you are still not in compliance, a citation may be issued. Please address the violation(s) immediately and call 236 -5137 to verify compliance with this office. Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Upon completing the corrections, the owner /contractor /agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 5/12/2010 Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30 -8:30 a.m. and 12:30 -1:30 p.m. or by appointment.
