TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: on Tuesday, PLEASE NOTE the City of Oshkosh Plan Commission will meet January 2, 2001 at 4:00 PM in Room 404 at the Oshkosh City Hall to consider the following agenda. ROLL CALL APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 19, 2000 MEETING MINUTES TH I: REZONING – FORMER RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY; 521 W. 16 AVENUE Zion Lutheran Church, petitioner for Lawrence Gohlke, owner, requests the Plan Commission to review and approve the rezoning of property that was formerly part of the Wisconsin Central Railroad Right-of-way from R-2 Two Family Residence District to M-2 Central Industrial District. The property proposed for rezoning is 50 feet wide and thth generally runs from 16 Avenue to about 379 feet south of 16 Avenue. II: REZONING & CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT; 753 N. MAIN STREET Zion Lutheran Church, petitioner for Raymond Last, owner, requests the Plan Commission to review and approve the partial rezoning of property located at 753 N. Main Street from M-2 Central Industrial District to C-3 Central Commercial District, and review and approve a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for an adult day care center at the same location. The subject property is currently occupied by Sterling Gardens. III: REZONING - 400 N. SAWYER STREET Zion Lutheran Church, petitioner and owner, requests the Plan Commission to review and approve the rezoning of property located at 400 N. Sawyer Street from R-1 Single Family Residence District to R-5 Multiple Dwelling District.
