October 16, 2001
at 4:00 pm in Room 404 at the Oshkosh City Hall to consider the
following agenda.
ROLL CALL
APPROVAL OF OCTOBER 2, 2001 MINUTES
I: CONSENT AGENDA
A: EXTRATERRITORIAL LAND DIVISION/APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED
SURVEY MAP – 3405 OMRO ROAD
Reinhard Roehlig, petitioner for Ronald Jones, owner, requests Plan Commission review
and approval for a 2 lot land division for the property located at 3405 Omro Road in the
Town of Algoma. The subject property is 4.227 acres in size, is residentially zoned, and
contains a residential two-story dwelling and outbuildings. The parcel is approximately
4,300 feet from the City of Oshkosh municipal boundaries.
II: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A PARKING LOT EXPANSION AT
2580 W. NINTH AVENUE
Thomas Lurvey, petitioner for Evangelical Lutheran Church, owner, request Plan
Commission review and approval of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to allow for an
expansion of its existing parking lot. The 4.62 acre subject property is zoned R-1 Single
Family Residential District, which allows churches and parking lots by CUP.
GEEN ANNEXATION
III:
John Geen, petitioner/owner, request Plan Commission review and approval of the Geen
Annexation for 3346 Harbor Bay Road in the Town of Oshkosh. Temporary and
permanent zoning of R-1 Single Family Residence District has been requested. The
general area surrounding the proposed annexation is characterized by residential land
uses and Lake Winnebago on the east. The annexation involves an existing single family
dwelling.
IV: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR AN AUTOMOBILE SERVICE
FACILITY AT 333 S. WASHBURN STREET
Wal-Mart and Martenson & Eisele, petitioners for New Life Community Church, owner,
request Plan Commission review and approval of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for an
automobile service facility at 333 S. Washburn Street. The subject property is zoned C-2
General Commercial District, which district allows automobile service facilities by CUP.
The automobile service facility relates to a Tire and Lube Express (TLE) center that
would be included as part of a new Wal-Mart Supercenter to be built at 333 S. Washburn
Street.
