December 4, 2001
at 4:00 pm in Room 404 at the Oshkosh City Hall to consider the
following agenda.
ROLL CALL
APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 20, 2001 MINUTES
I: CONSENT AGENDA
A: Extraterritorial Land Division/Certified Survey Map – Marquart Lane near
STH 21
Reinhard Roehlig, petitioner for Thomas Hughes, owner, requests Plan Commission
review and approval of an extraterritorial land division/certified survey map (CSM) for
property generally located west of Marquart Lane approximately 400 feet north of STH
21 in the Town of Omro.
B: Extraterritorial Land Division/Certified Survey Map – South of Duchess
Lane east of Leonard Point Road
Reinhard Roehlig, petitioner for Ronald Jones, owner, requests Plan Commission review
and approval of an extraterritorial land division/Certified Survey Map (CSM) for
property generally located south of Duchess Lane and approximately 250 feet west of
Leonard Point Road in the Town of Algoma.
C: Extraterritorial Land Division/Certified Survey Map – South of Bittersweet
Lane
Kenneth and Mary Ann Walter, petitioner/owner, requests Plan Commission review and
approval of an extraterritorial land division/Certified Survey Map (CSM) for property
generally located south of Bittersweet Lane in the Town of Oshkosh.

II: W. 9 AVENUE ANNEXATION

Gary Eake, petitioner/owner, request Plan Commission review and approval of the W. 9

Avenue Annexation for property immediately east of 2985 W. 9 Avenue. Temporary
and permanent zoning of R-1 Single Family Residence District has been requested. The
general area surrounding the proposed annexation is characterized by residential land
uses. The subject property is currently vacant.
III: LESNICK ANNEXATION
Timothy and Pamela Lesnick, petitioner/owners, request Plan Commission review and
approval of the Lesnick Annexation for property generally located on the northeast corner
of County Road T and State Road 110. Temporary zoning of A-1 Light Agricultural
District is being designated on the property.
IV.ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT
City Administration requests review and approval for amendment on zoning ordinance to
approve applicable fees.
