ROLL CALL APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 4, 2001 MINUTES I: CONSENT AGENDA A: Extraterritorial Land Division/Certified Survey Map – 5158 Jackson Street James Hebert, petitioner for Richard and Rose Monroe, owners, requests Plan Commission review and approval of an extraterritorial land division/certified survey map (CSM) for property generally located at 5158 Jackson Street in the Town of Oshkosh. B: Extraterritorial Preliminary Plat for the Second Addition to Butte Des Morts Meadows Lawrence Kreischer, petitioner for Sheppard Investments, requests Plan Commission review and approval of an extraterritorial preliminary plat for the Second Addition to Butte Des Morts Meadows for property generally located north of Sheppard Drive in the Town of Algoma. C: Extraterritorial Land Division/Certified Survey Map – CTH Y and Pip Larry Miller, petitioner for Grundy Farms Inc., owner, requests Plan Commission review and approval of an extraterritorial land division/Certified Survey Map (CSM) for property generally located north of W. C.T.H. Y and Pip Lane in the Town of Oshkosh. D: Extraterritorial Preliminary Plat for the Second Addition to Bellhaven Dennis Schwab, petitioner/owner requests the Plan Commission review and approval of an extraterritorial preliminary plat for the Second Addition to Bellhaven for property generally located west and south of Bellhaven Lane and north of Leonard Point Road in the Town of Algoma. II: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT/DEVELOPMENT PLAN REVIEW 3911 SOUTH WASHBURN STREET Robert Mazza, applicant and owner, requests Plan Commission review and approval of a Conditional Use Permit/Development Plan review for property located at 3911 South Washburn Street. III: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR AN OPEN STORAGE AREA, VACANT LOT SOUTH OF 420 DIVISION STREET Jim & Carl Stapel, petitioner/owners, request Plan Commission review and approval of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) for an open storage area on a vacant lot to the south of the Kitz & Pfeil power center (former J& R Service building). The subject property is zoned C-3, Central Commercial District, with a Downtown Overlay, within which open storage of materials is allowed only by CUP. IV: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT/PLANNED DEVELOPMENT REVIEW AT BERGSTROM AUTOMOTIVE 3265 – 3285 WASHBURN STREET Gries Architectural Group, Inc., petitioner for Bergstrom Automotive, owner, requests the Plan Commission review and approval of a Conditional Use Permit/Planned Development Review for property located at 3265 – 3285 Washburn Street. The land use pattern in the area is characterized by vacant agricultural lands and commercial uses to the north along Washburn Street. The subject property is zoned M1-PD Light Industrial District with a Planned Development Overlay. The subject property also lies within the Highway 41 Corridor Overlay District. V: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT/PLANNED DEVELOPMENT REVIEW FOR A COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF WISCONSIN STREET AND PEARL AVENUE D & F Investments, petitioner for City of Oshkosh, owner, requests Plan Commission review and approval of a Conditional Use Permit (CUP)/Planned Development Review for the development of a 20,000 square foot multi-tenant commercial center at the southeast corner of Wisconsin Street and Pearl Avenue. The subject property is zoned C- 3 PD Central Commercial District with a Planned Development Overlay. The area surrounding the subject property is characterized by commercial uses to the north, multiple family to the east, industrial to the south, and the University to the west.
