TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Tuesday, July 17, 2001 PLEASE NOTE the City of Oshkosh Plan Commission will meet onat 4:00 PM in Room 404 at the Oshkosh City Hall to consider the following agenda. ROLL CALL APPROVAL OF JULY 3, 2001 MEETING MINUTES I: CONSENT AGENDA st A:Extraterritorial Final Plat – 1 Addition to Olde Apple Acres Carow Land Surveying Co. Inc, petitioner for Algoma Land Development LLC., owner, requests the Plan Commission review and approve an extraterritorial plat for property generally located west of Leonard Point Road and north of STH 21 in the Town of Algoma. The Plan Commission approved this preliminary plat at th its June 5 meeting . B:Extraterritorial Land Division – Town of Oshkosh Leonard Leverence, Winnebago County Solid Waste Management, petitioner requests the Plan Commission to review and approve an extraterritorial land division in the Town of Oshkosh to create a 31,051 square foot lot. II:FINAL PLAT – PATRIARCH’S SUBDIVISION: Garry Decker, petitioner and owner, requests the Plan Commission review and approve a Final Plat known as the Patriarch’s Subdivision for property generally located south of Myrna Jane Drive and west of USH 45. The property is zoned both R-1 Single Family Residence District (lots 8-21) and R-3 PD Multiple Dwelling District with a Planned Development Overlay (lots 1-7 and 22-27). III:PRELIMINARY PLAT – FIRST EDITION TO PHEASANT CREEK FARM: Thomas Rusch, petitioner and owner, requests the Plan Commission review and approve a preliminary plat th known as the First Addition to Pheasant Creek Farm for property generally located south of 9 Avenue and north of Rebecca Run. The original Pheasant Creek Farm Subdivision contains 15 lots and two streets. IV:REIGH ANNEXATION Robert Reigh etal, petitioners, request the Plan Commission review and approve the Reigh annexation for a property generally located on the east side of Emmers Lane and north of STH 21 in the Town of Algoma. Temporary and permanent zoning of C-2 General Commercial District has been requested. Plan Commission Agenda July 17, 2001 Page 2 V:MODIFICATION TO CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A 3 PUMP GASOLINE SERVICE ISLAND AT THE S.E. CORNER OF WESTOWNE AVENUE AND WESTHAVEN DRIVE Kent Kowalik, petitioner for Oshkosh Grocers, owner, requests the Plan Commission review and approve a modification to a previously issued Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to construct a 3 pump automated unmanned gasoline island and canopy at the corner of Westowne Avenue and Westhaven Drive in Westowne Centre shopping center. The property is zoned C-2PD General Commercial District with a Planned Development Overlay. VI:CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A CAR WASH AT THE CORNER OF VENTURE AND CAPITAL DRIVES Mark Showers and Robert Kropp, petitioners, requests the Plan Commission review and approve a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to construct a tunnel style car wash at the corner of Venture and Capital Drives. The property is zoned C-2 General Commercial District with car washes allowed by Conditional Use Permit. VII:CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT/MODIFICATION TO PREVIOUSLY ISSUED CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT/DEVELOPMENT PLAN REVIEW FOR AN ELDERLY DEVELOPMENT AT THE CORNER OF OAK STREET AND CLEVELAND AVENUE The Great Lakes Companies, petitioner and owner, requests the Plan Commission review and approve a Conditional Use Permit (CUP)/Modification to a previously issued CUP/Development Plan Review for an elderly development that will include construction of an 8 unit and 58 unit apartment building for the property located at the corner of Oak Street and Cleveland Avenue. The Plan Commission previously approved the Conditional Use Permit request for the property that will contain the 58 unit apartment building on September 5, 2000, which was the site of the former nursing building for Mercy Medical Center. VIII:LAND ACQUISITION FOR EXPANSION OF THE SOUTHWEST INDUSTRIAL PARK City Administration requests the Plan Commission review and approve the acquisition of approximately 39 + acres of land on the east side of Clairville Road for the future expansion of the City’s Southwest Industrial Park.
