following agenda.
ROLL CALL
APPROVAL OF AUGUST 22, 2001 MEETING MINUTES
1410 ALGOMA BOULEVARD
I:
Barbara Hirshfeld, applicant for Paine Art Center & Arboretum, requests a variance to
construct a pergola with a 19’ front yard setback, whereas Section 30-18(B)(5)(iii) of the
City of Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance requires a 20’ front yard setback.
911 WITZEL AVENUE
II:
Walter M.Tack, applicant and owner, requests the Board of Appeals, per Section 30-
6(D)(3), to extend a zoning district boundary line where the boundary line divides a lot
held in single ownership.
III: 804 OHIO STREET
James A. Nigl, applicant and owner, requests a variance to construct a parking lot with a
5’ transitional yard setback, whereas Section 30-35(B)(c) of the City of Oshkosh Zoning
Ordinance requires a 19’3” transitional yard setback.

IV: 1195 FREEDOM AVENUE
Walter M. Cook III, applicant and owner, requests a variance to construct an off street
space along side an attached garage with a 2’8” side yard setback, whereas Section 30-
36(C)(5)(a)(ii) of the City of Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance requires a 7’6” setback.
1825 WHITE SWAN DRIVE
V:
Benedict A. Schneider, applicant and owner, requests a variance to construct a 12’ x 12’
or 144 square foot utility shed in the rear yard, whereas Section 3-37(B)(4)(e)(iii) of the
City of Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance allows for utility sheds up to 100 square feet in size.
