KINNEY Director BOARD OF APPEALS AGENDA SEPTEMBER 11, 2002 3:30 PM To Whom It May Concern: WEDNESDAY, PLEASE NOTE the City of Oshkosh Board of Appeals will meet on SEPTEMBER 11, 2002 at 3:30 PM in Room 404 at the Oshkosh City Hall to consider the following agenda. ROLL CALL APPROVAL OF AUGUST 28, 2002 MEETING MINUTES I: 2519-2525 BOWEN STREET Charles Williams, applicant, and Anchorage Realty, Inc., owner, are requesting a variance to construct a ground sign that will have a 13’ front yard setback, whereas Section 30-35(B)(3) of the City of Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance requires a 25’ front yard setback for signs. II: 2505 OREGON STREET Mauro & Cynthia Martinez, applicants and owners, are requesting a variance to construct a ground sign with a 5’ front yard setback, whereas Section 30-24(B)(3)(c) of the City of Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance requires a 20’ front yard setback for ground signs. III: 2458 HICKORY LANE Daniel C. Morrill, applicant and owner, is requesting a variance to remodel and expand a nonconforming structure, exceeding 50% of the current total assessed value of the structure, whereas Section 30-4(B)(1) of the City of Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance requires alterations, additions, and expansions may not exceed 50% of the total current total assessed value of a nonconforming structure.
