and Kristi Bales, Principal Planners; Darlene Brandt, Recording Secretary Discussion held regarding proposals received in response to the request for proposals for parcels for sale in
the Marion Rd./Pearl Ave. Redevelopment Project Area. Motion by Bermingham to pursue the proposal received from Alexander & Bishop, Ltd. for Parcel G. Seconded by Matze. Motion carried
5-1 Motion by Bermingham not to continue negotiations on the Schwab Shefchik Stoehr proposal because it does not conform with request for proposals (RFP) requirements, and direct City
staff to work with Schwab Shefchik Stoehr on potential future development within the Redevelopment Area. Seconded by Pung. Motion carried 5-0-1. The meeting adjourned at approximately
