Kinney Director PLAN COMMISSION AGENDA SEPTEMBER 2, 2003 4:00 PM To Whom It May Concern: PLEASE NOTE the City of Oshkosh Plan Commission will meet on TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 2, 2003 at 4:00 pm in Room 404 at the Oshkosh City Hall to consider the following agenda. ROLL CALL APPROVAL OF AUGUST 19, 2003 MEETING MINUTES I: CONSENT AGENDA A: ACCEPT RIGHT-OF-WAY DEDICATION AND PERMANENT RIGHT-OF-WAY EASEMENT ALONG N. EAGLE STREET City Administration requests the Plan Commission to review and approve acceptance of right-of-way dedication and permanent right-of-way easement along N. Eagle Street. The dedication involves property adjacent to E.B. Davis Children’s Home located at 1619 Oshkosh Avenue and the Evergreen Retirement Community located generally between Westfield Street and N. Eagle Street. The easement area is located to the south of the proposed dedications near the southern terminus of Eagle Street. II: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT/DEVELOPMENT PLAN REVIEW FOR A COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT WITH DRIVE-THRU WEST OF 2270 WESTOWNE AVENUE (CULVERS); ACCESS CONTROL VARIANCE Kent Kowalik, petitioner for Waterfront Properties, owners, request the Plan Commission to review and approve a conditional use permit/development plan review for a commercial development with a drivethru west of 2270 Westowne Avenue. A variance is also requested for a development that provides for less than 75 feet of lateral clearance from the curb line. The 2.147 acre subject property is zoned C-2PD General Commercial District with a Planned Development Overlay. Plan Commission Agenda September 2, 2003 Page 2 III: CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT/DEVELOPMENT PLAN REVIEW FOR A MEDICAL CLINIC AT 1965 OSHKOSH AVENUE Duane Helwig, representing the Martin Ganther Group, petitioner for Father Martin Carr, owner, requests the Plan Commission to review and approve a conditional use permit/development plan review for a medical clinic at 1965 Oshkosh Avenue. The 8 acre subject property, identified as the St. Francis Community, is zoned C-2PD General Commercial District with a Planned Development Overlay. The subject property is also located in the Highway 41 corridor overlay.
