A D D E N D U M PLAN COMMISSION AGENDA MARCH 15, 2005 4:00 PM To Whom It May Concern: PLEASE NOTE the City of Oshkosh Plan Commission will meet on TUESDAY, MARCH 15, 2005 at 4:00 pm
in Room 404 at the Oshkosh City Hall, 215 Church Avenue, to consider the following. ACCEPT EASEMENT /Marvel Drive and W. 34th Avenue City of Oshkosh, owner The Plan Commission is being
asked to accept an easement on the northern portion of a parcel of land at the intersection of Marvel Dr. and W. 34th Avenue; Lot 1 on the attached certified survey map. The easement
is being requested to maintain a 25 ft. area around existing monitoring wells; the remainder of the parcel is to be sold for a manufacturing operation. The parcel in question abuts a
closed City landfill. The easement will allow access for sampling and maintenance of the existing monitoring wells, as well as allow installation of future wells that may be required
by the Wisconsin Dept. of Natural Resources. The property is located within the City’s Aviation Industrial Park and zoned M-3 General Industrial District. Staff recommends approval of
