Metz, Dick Rueckl, Jane Westphal AD HOC MEMBERS PRESENT: None EXCUSED: Brad Larson, Oshkosh Public Museum OTHERS PRESENT: None STAFF: Susan Kepplinger CALL TO ORDER Chair Ron Metz called
the meeting to order and a quorum was declared present. APPROVAL OF MINUTES Carol Esslinger moved approval of the minutes. Orv Hando seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. MEMBERSHIP
UPDATE This is Ron Metz’ last meeting. Commissioners thanked Ron for his service to the Commission. ELECTION OF OFFICERS Chair Ron Metz opened the floor for nominations for Commission
Chair. Orv Hando nominated Harold Buchholz. Shirley Mattox seconded the nomination. Ron moved nominations be closed, Carol Esslinger seconded the motion which passed unanimously. New

be closed, Jane Westphal seconded the motion which passed unanimously. ALGOMA BOULEVARD TOUR
2 Harold Buchholz reported that he had spoken with Paul Poeschl at the Museum after the tours. Paul indicated that the event was well attended and went smoothly. Jane Westphal had attended
the event and said it was well done and informative. RIVERSIDE CEMETERY TOUR Staff provided information that had been forwarded by the Museum on this upcoming event. NORTH MAIN HISTORIC
DISTRICT TOUR Staff reported that the BID had agreed to provide funding for printing the North Main Tour brochure. More work is needed on the text and as soon as that is complete, the
brochure will be printed. OTHER BUSINESS There being no further business, Carol Esslinger moved the meeting be adjourned. Jane Westphal seconded the motion, which passed unanimously.
