DOWNTOWN OSHKOSH BID BOARD MINUTES ANNUAL MEETING December 8, 2005 PRESENT: Allan Martin, Megan Hoopman, David Sparr, Norm Packer, Barbara Baier, and Jeff Robl EXCUSED: Kurt Koeppler
and Jim Stapel STAFF: Stan Kline – OCDC, Rob Kleman – OCDC, Melissa Hunt -OCDC and Kristi Bales – Dept. of Community Development WELCOME AND INTRODUCTION Chairman Packer called the meeting
to order at 5:15 PM and welcomed those in attendance. 2005 Downtown Oshkosh BID Achievements/Proposed 2006 Downtown Oshkosh BID Operating Plan Chairman Packer used a PowerPoint presentation
to summarize this past year’s activities within the BID district showing where funds had been spent. SPECIAL RECOGNITION Chairman Packer recognized special and outstanding contribution
and achievements over the past year in the BID, including property owners who have made significant investments, supporters, and new business owners. Those recognized include: Joni Kerwin,
Len Herricks, Mike Russell, Megan Hoopman, Eric Hoopman, and Gary Wagner. ADJOURNMENT The meeting was adjourned at 5:45pm. Respectfully submitted, Kristi Bales, Principal Planner
