Concern: PLEASE NOTE the City of Oshkosh Board of Appeals will meet on WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 2005 at 3:30 PM in Room 404 at the Oshkosh City Hall to consider the following agenda.
ROLL CALL APPROVAL OF JANUARY 12, 2005 MINUTES I: 2822 OREGON STREET LuVern Kienast , applicant and owner, requests a variance to permit an off-street parking area that will have a 0
foot front yard setback and a 0 foot rear yard setback, whereas Section 30-30(B)(1) of the Zoning Ordinance requires a 30 foot front yard setback and Section 30-30(B)(3) requires a 25
