MARCH 23, 2005 3:30 PM To Whom It May Concern: PLEASE NOTE the City of Oshkosh Board of Appeals will meet on WEDNESDAY, MARCH 23, 2005 at 3:30 PM in Room 404 at the Oshkosh City Hall
to consider the following agenda. ROLL CALL APPROVAL OF MARCH 9, 2005 MINUTES I. 651 – 653 N MAIN STREET Joe Leroy, applicant and owner, request a variance to permit the placement of
signage graphics onto the top of a canopy structure, whereas Section 30-37(D)(1)(d) of the City of Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance requires signage graphics be placed flat onto the face of
a canopy structure. II. 527 E PARKWAY AVENUE Oshkosh Boys & Girls Club, applicant and owner, request a variance to construct an addition to a principal structure that will have a two
(2) foot front yard setback and an eight (8) foot rear yard setback, whereas Section 30-35(B)(1)(c) of the the City of Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance requires a twentyfive (25) foot front
yard setback and a nineteen foot three inch (19’3”) rear yard setback. The applicant is also requesting a variance to construct an accessory structure that will have a seven (7) foot
side yard setback, whereas Section 30-35(B)(1)(c) Requires a twenty-five (25) foot transitional yard setback. III. 3100 WHITE TAIL LANE William P. Mark, applicant, Hunter’s Ridge LLC
owner, request a variance to place a residential accessory structure within a front yard area, whereas Section 30-20(B)(6) of the City of Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance does not permit the
placement of residential accessory structures in front yard areas. Jackson R. Kinney Director

(8) foot tall fence that will have a sixteen (16) foot setback, whereas Section 30-35(B)(1)(c) and Section 30-35(E)(4) of the City of Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance requires a twenty-five
