Hall to consider the following agenda. ROLL CALL APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 23, 2005 MINUTES I. 621 EVANS STREET Byron Semrow, applicant and Calvary Chapel of Oshkosh, owner, are requesting
a variance to construct a ground sign with an eight (8) foot front yard setback, whereas Section 30-19(B)(2)(c) of the City of Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance requires a twenty-five (25) foot
