1724 ALGOMA BOULEVARD Thomas Karrels-applicant, City of Oshkosh-owner, request a variance to permit an off-street parking area and drive lane that will have a 9’4” rear transitional
yard setback. Section 30-35 (B)(1)(c) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code: Additional Standards & Exceptions requires lots adjacent to a residential use/district to provide a 19’3” rear transitional
