Hopefully they will have this information to me tomorrow so they can get their sanitary permit from me and their building permit from you. Rich — Any chance I can get you to get me a letter from your Engineer like I got for the "Hangar C" project? I will issue the permit without it but would like to have it for the file. One Systems Drive Appleton, WI 54914 RE: Common Plan of Development Additions Drainage, Grading and Erosion Control Plan Review #2 (1001 West Waukau Avenue) Dear Mr. Schneider: The following comments pertain to the Common Plan of Development Drainage, Grading & Erosion Control Plan that you submitted on March 17, 2010 on behalf of EAA for their property at 1001 West Waukau Avenue in the City of Oshkosh. 1. The following comments are general comments pertaining to the plans: A. Please provide a copy of the WDNR Notice of Intent certificate of coverage when it is received. Please note that construction shall not commence until the certificate of coverage is received. B. It appears that there were some additional existing and proposed contours provided at the North Exhibit Improvements and the North Forty Shower Building, but the contours provided are not labeled. Please ensure all contours are labeled. C. Please note that we incorrectly labeled these plans with the address of 3000 Poberezny Road. This site contains the address of 1001 West Waukau Avenue. D. The disturbed area on parcel 91413530000 is shown to be 8,000 sq -ft, but the reduction in impervious is approximately 23,000 sq -ft. Please make appropriate changes to the table to reflect accurate site conditions. 2. The following comments pertain to the North Exhibit Demolition and Improvements (Sheets C104- C105): A. It does not appear that the Existing Asphalt to be Removed quantity of 19,296 sq -ft has been updated to not include the impervious removal within the Waukau Avenue right -of -way. Please ensure all values shown on the plans correlate with the values shown in the report. B. It appears that there is silt fence shown to be installed within the Waukau Avenue right -of -way. Please remove all silt fence from the right -of -way. 3. The following comment pertains to the North Forty Shower Building (Sheets C108- C109): A. The response letter states that there will be no sanitary services provided, that it will be a holding tank. Please show all proposed sanitary features onsite, including the location of the holding tank, as well as the sanitary line that will lead from the building to the tank. Please label all pipe slopes, materials, and sizes on the plans. Please respond to each of these items in writing. If any additional changes are incorporated into the plan for your next submittal, please indicate in writing those changes as well. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
