Item # 1 Code MUN 16- 35A(1)(b) Compliance No Compliance Date 11/20/2009 Description All rainwater shall be so drained from the roof /ground so as not to allow dampness inside the dwelling unit and so drained as not to allow standing water, water damage or other detrimental conditions in the dwelling. 10/21/2009 Standing and running water found in the basement. Source was undetermined. Some infiltration through foundation wall and floor. It is recommended that you check with the Water Department to ensure your water service is not leaking.
