Item # 1 Code 17 - 36B Compliance No Compliance Date 05/28/2002 IMMEDIATELY Description On all residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public nuisance, and eyesore generating complaints from neighbors shall be removed or properly stored. This includes the proper storage of garbage. THIS IS THE THIRD VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE AND A CITATION IS ENCLOSED. Item # 2 Code 16 (3) Compliance No Compliance Date 05/28/2002 IMMEDIATELY Description Owners shall notify the tenants and insure that garbage be properly stored behind and adjacent to the rear of the dwelling farthest away from any public street or sidewalk. Garbage shall not be placed out for pickup earlier than 4:OOpm the day before @@ garbage pickup. Garbage to be set out for pickup at least once a week. Empty containers to be returned to storage area. THIS IS THE THIRD VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE.
