Introduction An inspection of your property following a complaint revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Code, which
shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item.
Item # 1 Code 17 - 36B Compliance No Compliance Date 05/28/2002 IMMEDIATELY
Description On all residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public nuisance, and eyesore generating
complaints from neighbors shall be removed or properly stored. This includes the proper storage of garbage. Unlicensed
and /or inoperable vehicles are prohibited and shall be removed from the premises or stored inside out of public view.
Item # 2 Code 16 - 37A (1) Compliance No Compliance Date 05/28/2002 IMMEDIATELY
Description Owners shall notify the tenants and insure that garbage be properly stored behind and adjacent to the rear of the dwelling
farthest away from any public street or sidewalk. Garbage shall not be placed out for pickup earlier than 4:OOpm the day
before garbage pickup. Garbage to be set out for pickup at least once a week. Empty containers to be returned to storage
area.
Item # 3 Code 30 - 36A (4) Compliance No Compliance Date 05/28/2002 IMMEDIATELY
Description The parking of vehicles including recreational & trailers on lawns or areas not designated for parking is prohibited. If approved
additional parking may be installed with permit.
Summary
It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance of these orders on or before the compliance dates (state
statute). Failure to confirm compliance (236 -5137) will result in citations being issued and court action pursued.
DEFICIENCIES MUST BE CORRECTED AND APPROVED BEFORE CONCEALMENT. CALL (920) 236 -5050 FOR INSPECTION.
