Upon completing the corrections, the owner /contractor /agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 6/26/03 Introduction The following violations of the Oshkosh Municipal Ordinances have been forwarded to this office for correction following a complaint. Item # 1 Code 17 - 36B Compliance No Compliance Date 06/26/2003 IMMEDIATELY Description No owner, agent or occupant shall allow on any residential premises any junk, debris or other condition, which creates a public nuisance and eyesore, generating complaints & which affects property values. See Item #2 Item # 2 Code 17 Compliance No Compliance Date 06/26/2003 IMMEDIATELY Description The owner of property in the city shall cut or cause to be cut grass and weeds or other with (vegetative growth) in excess of 8 inches in height to include trimming along building foundations and fence /property lines & terraces. Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified.
