Item # 1 Code MUN 17 -36A Compliance No Compliance Date 04/30/2010 Description The exterior of every structure or accessory structure shall be maintained by the owner, occupant or person authorized to use same free of conditions reflective of deterioration and /or inadequate maintenance or as may tend to depreciate property values in the area or create a 03/31/2010 nuisance or hazard. Roof shall be repaired or replaced (tarped). It was also reported that the basement was flooded which may have damaged the fumace, water heater and electrical panel. Contact me at (920) 236 -5137. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date to avoid further action by the City. If compliance cannot be met by due dates, a schedule with dates must be submitted before the first due date and approved by this office. The schedule must be met in order for it to be valid. Does not apply to one week compliance dates or hazards. Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and /or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner /contractor /agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 4/30/2010 Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30 -8:30 a.m. and 12:30 -1:30 p.m. or by appointment.
